Warhammer 40K: Space Marine Librarian

Librarians` talents set them apart from their comrades. They can unleash powerful energy bolts, project force shields or increase their might to near godlike proportions. Some can step outside the confines of linear time, sense the enemy`s movements or redirect bullets with the power of their minds. In all of the Imperium there are few greater warrior-mystics combining the prowess of the Adeptus Astartes with the steel discipline needed to contain and control their powers. Librarian`s are a different breed of warrior to your average Space Marine (if there is such a thing) and a great way to bolster the strength of your army. Psychic powers such as Force Dome are great for protecting your own troops from harm, while The Avenger and the aptly named Vortex of Doom are perfect for tearing apart your opponent`s units. Librarians are also pretty fearsome in close combat as they are all equipped with force weapons - the ideal equipment for smiting your enemy`s heroes.
