DAS87 1/87 4WD Land Rover Defender
This is about as Tiny as 4×4 gets! The DAS87 is a beautifully engineered 1/87 scale masterpiece. Lift the lid on the presentation tin and discover the cast brass chassis, axle housings and wheels. Rubber tires, brass gears and a resin printed Land Rover Defender D110 body complete the package. Oh, we forgot to mention the brass-etched detail parts!
Decide whether you want to install twin motors for power and speed, or a single motor with additional gear reduction to make an all-out nano crawler. All the necessary parts for both options are included. As is common at this scale, the suspension is simple, but effective. No shocks or links, the front and rear axles simply rotate around the center driveshaft to provide wheel travel.
We offer the DAS87 as a kit, allowing you to complete a roller to which you add your preferred electronic speed controller, servo, 1S LiPo battery and radio gear. We recommend the following:

- Dasmikro 8ch receiver: Compatible with standard or hacked Flysky GT3B and GT3C transmitters
- 100MAh single cell (1S) LiPo battery: We are not able to supply these due to shipping restrictions but they are widely available.
You also could use any suitable 1/87 kit body from Wiking, Herpa, Busch or Brekina.
